Six Million Dollar Man
"We can rebuild him."
One of my all time favorite toys growing up was Steve Austin, The Six Million Dollar Man. Here he is fighting his nemesis Maskatron, a fellow bionic man who the OSI spent an extra million on, bringing the total to 7 million. Masky came with three different faces, his own, Steve’s and Oscar Goldman’s, as well as some very cool attachment arms.

Back in college one of my Illustration course assignments was to do an illustration for a
Time: Man Of The Year cover. At the time the biggest influence I could think of was a serial killer who committed the murder, and dismemberment of seventeen

men and boys with many of his later murders also involving cannibalism.
The painting I did for the assignment got lost some
where along the way but the image never left my mind. I recently
decided to take my illustration style to a new level and picked that particular
imagery to start with. The tools I used to do this are much different but I finally got around to redoing the piece and am psyched with the way it came out.
