Skate Or Die

It's been a while but being swamped with non illustration (also known as nonfun) I finally have something worth posting! A costume concept I came up with for a dead skater. I was able to spend some more time on this one so I worked it up in Photoshop and actually "painted" this one. Had a lot of fun with this one. Let me know what you think!

Demon Sword and Shield Combo

This was a fun project. A shield and sword combo that will be sold as an accessory to our costumes. The shield is emblazoned with a demons face, the sword slides into a hole at the top of the demons head. Where was this stuff when I was a kid?

Two Masks

Here are two masks I did for a line of costumes I designed. The concept is "Future Warfare" futuristic army men. ONe drawing is for a cyborg ninja alien and the other is a snake-like alien.
These 3 color illustrations will be printed on black mesh hooded masks. The child will be able to see out but a person looking at the mask will only see the design. Very fun project. Will post pics of the costumes once they are produced.

Silly Safari Logo

Here's a logo I designed for a line of baby costumes. The costumes feature various safari animals. Had a lot of fun with this one. Let me know what you think!

Inflatable Costumes

Here are two quick concept drawings I did for some licensed inflatable costumes. The first is Luke Skywalker riding a Tauntaun for Star Wars and the second is Yoshi from Super Mario, The idea is that the one character is inflated with the inflated legs of the other character dangling over the sides while the person wearing the costume wears it around his/her waist giving the illusion that the wearer is riding the character. These were pretty fun to do, will post pics of the actually costumes when I get them

Steam Punk Logo

A logo I developed for a new line of costumes inspired by the whole Steam Punk craze. A ton of Photoshop work went into this and building up layer upon layer of textures to get the rusted feel of the pipes, I like the way the pipes came out but I'm not sure how I feel about the logo itself, trying to capture the Steam + Art Deco + Punk feel of the movement. What do you guys think of it?
